Safety Management System

​Our Safety Management System is CM3 certified and contains comprehensive and robust policies and standard operating procedures around business risks, in order to improve service delivery to our customers. This ensures that our work is carried out, controlled and completed in accordance with customer requirements, applicable laws and relevant Australian Safety Standards.
We also ensure that we comply to all Worksafe requirements including notification of intent to manufacture panels and preparation of a Worksafe checklist which collates requirements required for site work. Feedback from Worksafe Inspectors is that all our relevant paperwork and execution of works on site is completed to a very high standard and is compliant to OSH Regulations.
Included in our Safety Management System are Safe Work Method Statements, JSA/JSEA and Checklists.

PC Walls’s quality management system is externally accredited to ISO 9001 and was developed to eliminate incidents of non-conformance and inefficiency.
By managing our processes in accordance with our QMS we ensure our clients’ requirements are consistently planned, understood and achieved in a manner which is both effective and efficient.
It is the responsibility of all PC Walls Personnel to act in accordance with our QMS, apply the principles of quality management and seek continual process improvement.
This will in turn:

• Add value to our clients’ and our own business;
• Improve and sustain internal efficiencies;
• Create and maintain consistency of purpose; and
• Facilitate service delivery and minimise risk.

Our Project specific Quality Management System plan is incorporated into our Project Management Plan which addresses Quality, Safety and Environmental aspects of a project.
In addition, we develop Project-Specific Quality Checklists which reflects your Scope of Work. Specifications, witness and hold points are tailored to each site.
