​Patterned Concrete Walls (PC Walls) is an exclusive licensee in Western Australia for the manufacture of concrete wall systems developed by Verti-Crete. 

The proprietary method of vertically casting the wall panels and piers allows the creation of a double sided moulded pattern that when erected provides a stunning wall with an attractive finish on both sides.
The colours used to paint the wall on completion can be chosen to complement the surrounding development. We will assist in this process of paint selection and can prepare samples for approval by the client.
The completed “rough” surface makes the wall an unattractive option for graffiti attack, however, if required we can also apply an anti-graffitti to meet Council requirements on completion of painting.

There are two systems within the Verti-Crete line:

1) THE VERTI-CRETE PANEL BATTERY SYSTEM

For creating precast privacy and sound walls, the Verti-Crete Panel BatterySystem implements an exclusive, battery design which allows us to pour multiple panels back to back. It’s an incredibly efficient method in both time and space: compared to the traditional horizontal steel bed method, Verti-Crete requires half the labour and can produce up to 90 square meters in a 3m x 4.2m area.

2) THE VERTI-CRETE PIER BATTERY SYSTEM

To connect Verti-Crete panels or to sell independently for use with wrought iron or other fencing materials, Verti-Crete piers are among our most versatile products. 
The proprietary corner system allows for easy stripping and leaves a continual pattern (no seams!) around the entire structure.
